Every piece I create is made with care, intention, and respect for the Earth, and I want your experience here to feel just as thoughtful. Please read through the shop policies below before placing an order.
1. Products
My shop offers:
• Original artwork (hand-painted pieces made by me)
• Art prints and other items produced through a trusted print-on-demand partner
• Occasionally, limited handmade items or seasonal creations
Colors may vary slightly from screen to screen. All sizes and materials are listed in each product description.
2. Processing Times
Original Artwork
• Ships within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated
Print-on-Demand Items
• Each item is made to order.
• Typical production time: 3–10 business days, depending on the product.
• Your order ships directly from my printing partner to reduce waste and overproduction.
3. Shipping
• Shipping times vary depending on your location.
• Once shipped, I cannot control courier delays, customs processing, or lost parcels.
• Tracking information is provided when available.
• Buyers are responsible for any customs or import fees.
If you don’t receive your package, please contact me — I’ll do my best to help.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because each order is created specially for you:
Print-on-Demand Items
• Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
• If something is wrong, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I’ll arrange a replacement.
Original Artwork
• Returns are accepted only in cases of damage during transit.
• Please contact me with photos within 7 days of receiving the artwork.
I want you to love your piece, so please reach out if you have questions before purchasing.
5. Cancellations
• Your order can be canceled only up to 24 hours after purchasing, via email. Please cancel your order 24 hours after ordering by email: [email protected]
• After production or shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
6. Address Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly.
I am not responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Copyright & Usage
All artwork, images, and designs in this shop are the intellectual property of (your name/artist name).
• You may not reproduce, resell, or use my work for commercial purposes without permission.
• Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright.
